Eighth Day is a premium lifestyle membership service operated by My Eighth Day, LLC. By signing up for our waitlist, becoming a member, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

We provide recurring household and lifestyle services, currently including laundry and Amazon returns, with additional services planned for the future. Services are available in select areas and subject to availability.

Membership and billing

Membership plans start at $99 per month. Billing is handled through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation terms and any applicable refund policies will be described in your membership agreement.

Service areas

We currently serve Macomb County and Oakland County, Michigan. We reserve the right to expand or modify service areas at any time.

Limitations

Eighth Day is not liable for items lost or damaged during service, except to the extent required by applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to handle your items with care, but we recommend that you do not send irreplaceable or high-value items without prior arrangement.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for consistency and reliability, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines in all circumstances.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or by contacting you directly.
